3 PIECE SUITE (including recliner chair) 3 piece suite - pale pink velor fabric (used) in good condition consisting of: 2 seater sofa - chair - recliner chair. Nominal dimensions: Sofa: 60" wide (overall). 39" high. 40" deep (approx). Chair: 40" wide (overall). 39" high. 40" deep (approx). Recliner Chair: Same dimensions as chair, leg rest extends to 37" (from seat back). Seat back reclines when leg rest extended. (Manual operation). *some wear (frayed) to material on cross spar of leg rest - only visible when extended. In good condition, no stains tears or cigarette burns, non-smoking house. Seat cushions on sofa and chair reversable (not on recliner) - covers can be removed to be cleaned. Seat cushions not "sagged". Filling materials & covering fabrics comply with 1988 regulations - labels still attached. One cushion on sofa arm is slightly out of alignment, and there is a line marking on back of settee due to being close to radiator (not a burn just a line). Inspection welcome by arrangement.
